The SENIOR TRANSITION SOCIETY COUNCIL was originally founded in 2004. SRTS is dedicated to the idea that all senior service providers must meet a minimum standard of education and professional training to better understand obstacles, opportunities and challenges of senior clients and their adult children.

Mission
The core purpose of SENIOR TRANSITION SOCIETY (SRTS)  is to recognize and support  qualified professional resources and to protect older adults and their children as they seek assistance with late life home transitions.

Vision
SENIOR TRANSITION SOCIETY  is a collective force of credentialed service professionals, the 400+ member CRTS Registry. Certified Relocation and Transition Specialists (CRTS)  are committed to understanding and serving the unique requirements of senior adults in their later lifestyleTM and home transition requirements.

SRTS Council  provides oversight for the CRTS professionals and seeks to be the leading advocate of professional services for senior adults and a resource for  families and caregivers.

SRTS Council  is committed to establishing and upholding service standards for the mature markets, including ethics, business practices, education and legislation.

SRTS Council recognizes and supports partner associations and aging services organizations in a cooperative commitment to professionalism, education and information related to senior services.
