Our Mission is to protect the consumer by developing a highly qualified network of experts who meet minimum standards of education and ethics, The network provides a coordinated care approach to support senior adults and their families through Late Life Transitions™, including changes to home and care environments. The SENIOR TRANSITION COUNCIL was originally founded in 2004. The Council supports high standards for senior service providers, and promotes minimum standards for education, ethics and quality of service across a variety of related fields. The Council supports ALLIANCE organizations who establish minimum educational and ethical standards to help providers better serve seniors and families through coordinated services. |
